RETURN AND REFUND
Return policy You must pay all cost associated with the return shipping. Any incorrect, missing or damaged items received must be reported to Sequoia within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. This item can only be done by e-mail. If item (s) is received I am a satisfactory substitute for the one that has been ordered. Sequoia owns the title of any extra goods shipped with your order that have been despatched in error.

• Goods must be returned within 14 days of purchase with original tags and receipt.
• A refund does not apply to goods reduced for sales purposes, however, may be returned for either an exchange or credit note.
• Goods cannot have been worn, washed, used, soiled or damaged by the customer
• Shipping and handling costs are not refundable

A refund may be provided in the case of a damaged or faulty item. Goods are inspected before packaging to ensure they are in excellent condition. If you receive a damaged or defective item please contact Sequoia within 14 days of purchase to be eligible for an exchange or a refund.
